Waffle Toaster, Jul 2, 2017 : I can agree up to a part. So you believe that those loyal and new to OnePlus, of whom the company thrives off of, should not state their complaints? They aren't complaining because they want to - they need to, otherwise Houston doesn't know there's a problem and cannot adopt change. A lot of the issues are ones that OnePlus do not believe to be faults and therefore will not adopt into their return policy. That's negligence and ignorance on their part, and shouldn't be forgotten in these weekly reports.
