    same issue .. my music volume has gone down.. not able to increase it.. even when it is full volume desnt increase.. it is too low to hear.

    Assuming that you are talking about the bottom speakers...

    Are you sure those are not closed? (with a cover or dirt..or by your hand while holding the phone )


    Hope you have not dropped the phone or submerged it in water..

    Did you notice this since day 1?

    Does this our only while connecting headsets or even without that...
    Is it only while you play music?

    same here. happened to me for a while, but seems fine now. the sound bar autodrops , adjusts the volume randomly to different levels automatically and then pops back up. all done while I was using Spotify with wired headphones
