Did you try redownloading it? It came through fine for me, I even generated an MD5 of it and compared to what 1+ posted

Cool, another meaningless update. @Helen when are you going to release Oxygen OS 2.0.x for OPO ? It's a simple question, how about giving us an answer.

You've promissed to support OPO for 2 years after the initial beta release, and so far after a couple of months you've added nothing to the rom. The camera app is trash, and every other community made rom is much better than your version.

If you arent technically inclined to do it, then best would be just go find a one-click installer on here which automates all the terminal commands and will flash different software

No, it does not flash the recovery. I have used TWRP for all of the 3 updates. Just flash, wipe dalvik and cache, and then reboot. Takes a few minutes and all apps/data etc are kept.

Couple of months? It's worse than that. OP released OxygenOS 5 months ago and even when it was released it was out of date being based on Android 5.0.2. This company is a joke. I have already written them off and will never buy an OP phone again. A company that does not provide OS updates for their old phones do not deserve support.

How did you get around the MD5 verification issue in TWRP? I dont see a setting to skip the MD5 check

    Hi OnePlus,

First of all, thank you for providing us with security updates. The only thing I want to say is:
Delivering updates in a forum thread: this is the first Hurd for most! Why not list official updates on the product website - including an installation guide (for all - with explanations).
If you provide an update for flashing, only a a fraction of the users will update. So the update is not really protecting most of your customers.
You make it even harder for the remaining ones by providing an erroneous md5 file does not work using TWRP - which is the recommended update tool): another step which will prevent some to install the update.

So actually you you pretend to care for your customers by giving them updates, but actually you make it real hard for most of them...

If you do clean install of oxygen os using the instructions in this link:
    https://forums.oneplus.net/threads/touchscreen-issues-fix.314410/
Then you will get one plus recovery installed instead of TWRP and all further upgrades may install smoothly

I have followed the instructions in that link when I switched from COS 12 to oxygen and I am now on oxygen 1.0.3

I guess how to install oxygen os method is old and needs to be updated @Helen as per the link here
And also clearly mention that it will install one plus recovery and TWRP recovery is no more needed

This shall help lot of new people.
