    HR_778, Aug 25, 2015 :
So COS 12.1 is finally out so you should be getting the update on your phone Soon™ ;). I thought I'd make this thread for any bugs which may exist is the new software, but also as a general discussion about the software. If you find a bug please let me know so I can add it to the list.

    Changelog:

    https://cyngn.com/blog/cyanogen-os-12-1-dialed-in-turned-up

I've been testing the OS and I have to say, it is much better than COS12, then again, that's not really an achievement. It is very fast and fluid. App opening times are much improved. I bet OP2 owners are jealous now lol. Anyway, here's a few screenies:

Since a lot of people are asking, my CM theme is Carbon UI, my icon pack and wallpaper are from Polycon and I'm using Nova Launcher.

If you find any bugs, apart from the ones mentioned, please tag me @HR_778 so that I can see. Thanks.

    Bugs (so far):

    - No mobile network after a clean flash*
    - "No service" or "Emergency Calls Only" message on lockscreen*
    - Network signal is very unstable*
    - Compass inaccurate for some users - Rotating the phone to calibrate the compass may fix this. If that doesn't work try this
    - Some Quick Toggles are missing when enabled - Re-adding the Quick Toggles fixes this
    - Video playback bug is still present - Fix
    - When AudioFX is enabled and using Bluetooth in the car, Google Maps Navigation will quiet music, but not actually be heard over Google Play Music or Spotify. With AudioFX disabled it functions normal
    - Third party camera bug; pictures contain tearing when flash is turned on
    - App crashes - Fixed by clearing data/cache of the app
    - Some users experiencing slow WiFi speeds
    - 'Emergency calls only' in the status bar when Quick Toggles are pulled down, despite having data signal and correct APN settings. Still possible to make and receive calls/texts - Fixed by going into Settings > Mobile Networks > Network Operators (make sure you are connected to WiFi) click "Choose Automatically" then restart your phone
    - Third party fonts do not show up in the Themes app. Only fonts associated with themes are listed
    - Some users experiencing WiFi disconnecting during sleep mode - Go to Settings > WiFi > (Press the menu button) > Advanced and make sure 'Keep WiFi on during sleep' is set to 'Always'
    - When using a headset, hanging up calls doesn't work with the dedicated button

*Resetting APN settings to default may fix these issues (Settings > Mobile networks > Access point names > Reset to default). Deleting other APNs can help too. You can also try the fix by @indest

For anyone who is having issues with LTE not working, @Baymax has figured it out :):
    Step 1:

Go into Settings > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names > Restore Defaults
The list should now have many many more choices of APNs. Choose the correct APN. Then go into Settings > Mobile Networks > Network Operators (make sure you are connected to WiFi) click "Choose Automatically". Then turn Aeroplane Mode on and back off.
    Step 2:
    VERY IMPORTANT! Restart your phone.
    Step 3:
Go into phone and dial *#*#4636#*#* and choose Phone Information. In Phone Information set the Preferred Network Type to LTE/GSM auto (PRL) [even if it says it already, do it again]. Turn off the radio. When the radio is turned off, turn the radio back on. Go down to the SMSC and hit "Refresh" and then "Update".

UPDATE 1 (25/08/15): Cyanogen seems to have pulled the update from the servers. You can still download both the OTA and full flashable zip from the official links though. Not sure why it was pulled, only time will tell.

UPDATE 2 (26/08/15): The update is live again! http://cyanogen-ota-bacon.somee.com/
    After checking the MD-5 and SHA-1 SUMs, this build is different from the previous. I̶ ̶s̶u̶g̶g̶e̶s̶t̶ ̶a̶n̶y̶o̶n̶e̶ ̶o̶n̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶v̶e̶r̶s̶i̶o̶n̶ ̶f̶r̶o̶m̶ ̶l̶a̶s̶t̶ ̶n̶i̶g̶h̶t̶ ̶(̶2̶5̶t̶h̶)̶ ̶t̶o̶ ̶u̶p̶d̶a̶t̶e̶.̶

    UPDATE 3 (26/08/15): T̶u̶r̶n̶s̶ ̶o̶u̶t̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶u̶p̶d̶a̶t̶e̶ ̶i̶s̶ ̶e̶x̶a̶c̶t̶l̶y̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶s̶a̶m̶e̶.̶ Users who are currently on the previous build (25th) are advised NOT to update.

UPDATE 4 (27/08/15): It is possible that the new build fixes the encryption issue people have been having (not being able to apply the update if phone is encrypted). This could be why there's no noticeable difference between the two builds or build numbers. I believe this is also why the MD-5 and SHA-1 SUMs were different on the two builds. Thanks @Aaahh

UPDATE 5 (17/09/15): There seems to be a new Incremental build. Comparing the MD-5 from the previous incremental confirms that the builds are different, however the build number itself remains the same.

    LINKS:
    OTA (Incremental):
    http://builds.cyngn.com/fota/incremental/bacon/cm-bacon-30bd462d41-to-7be76f9310-signed.zip
    Full Zip (Recommended): http://builds.cyngn.com/cyanogen-os...be76f9310/cm-12.1-YOG4PAS1N0-bacon-signed.zip
    Fastboot: http://builds.cyngn.com/cyanogen-os.../cm-12.1-YOG4PAS1N0-bacon-signed-fastboot.zip

    IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
    - If you are using TWRP recovery, you must flash the FULL zip and ensure that it is version 2.8.6.0 as other versions do not update the baseband.
    - If you have version 2.8.7.0 or anything else then it is recommended to get 2.8.6.0 for optimal results. If you don't want change the TWRP version, you can easily flash the new baseband from the zip as mentioned here.
    - You can disable Truecaller with a simple toggle in the dialer settings to protect your personal information. Some users have also completely uninstalled Truecaller. Both methods work.
    - An update for the Dialler app is being pushed out to resolve crashes. Please ensure that you are signed into your Cyanogen account.

    REMEMBER:
You can view and report bugs on the official Jira page for the OnePlus One:
    https://jira.cyanogenmod.org/browse/BACON

    SPECIAL THANKS TO:
    @Baymax @chuckufarleys @Aaahh @bgizzle @indest and many others for assisting and reporting bugs :)

No mobile network here after a clean flash using the flashable zip.. Tried the fastboot images too but didn't work.. OxygenOS modem doesn't fix the issue either.. And I don't think I am the only one facing this issue

So after about 20 minutes of testing I haven't really found any bugs. That doesn't mean there aren't any they're just hiding from me . One thing I have noticed is that the OS is very fast in general. Google Now, for example opens in a split second. Going well so far..
