    1960, Jan 11, 2017 :
The settings tiles work fine in portrait mode, work all the 9 tiles visible, but when the screen rotates, the last tiles goes missing!!!
in my case it's the auto rotation tile.....

Swipe from right to left to see 2nd page of Quick Toggles.
    It may work.

This works only on Nougat. Read my new post, 2 posts below.

As I wrote it "may" work.

Also its not a bug actually. In Stock Android you have 8 QS Tiles in both Portrait and Landscape mode. OP gave option of 9 in Portrait mode but forgot/didn't bothered to do same in Landscape mode.

Its not a bug in landscape mode it can only fit 8 tiles so if you have more then 8 tiles then the extra tiles wont get displayed. In earlier update we could see all the tiles but in this update they have changes it.

may be they forgot that they have added an extra tile n that will effect the view in landscape mode...

when you go in landscape mode the auto-rotation tile disappears because i think you can only lock it while in portrait

nope that's not the case, as mentioned above, stock Android had 8 tiles visible, & OnePlus team forgot that they have added 1 extra tile...
