" If you’ve already flashed a previous Open Beta build, you will receive this update via OTA. If you haven’t, you will need to flash this build by ADB sideload. Your data may transfer, but there is always a possibility of losing personal data, so be sure to backup all of your important data before flashing this build. "

What about reading the entire post, and not just the title, before asking things like these ?

No it is not normal these days. Normal is that you lose 1 or 2 percent battery overnight, or he'll, even none as with some phones, but more than 1 or 2 is abomination. This is not my first smartphone...

It's not, it's a Pixel Launcher feature. Other launchers like Nova have integrated them into their own design.

Yes, it's a feature that Nougat 7.1 have...so maybe final version should feature that thing...at least I hope...
I hope it'll be implemented the "slide up" drawer (this is a Pixel exclusive really).

Anyway, it's GREAT to have the latest 7.1.1 while many others are still on 7 and no plans on moving to the latest google version... :D

400 USD may be nothing for you... It's meant a lot for us and we expect more stable software than funky hardware.. Isn't that fare reporting issues. Perhaps the forum exists for that reason. If you are not aware of, Please know it now.

Hey, my recovery is TWRP. Will updating through the settings screen overwrite TWRP?

Or alternatively, could you tell me what the safest way of updating is, for a user with root, TWRP, and Open Beta 2? Thanks.
