disregard - wrong phone!!!
He wants his own thread, something with battery or "when....".
It's sad that the cupcakes use this thread as a dumping ground for spam.
i got this update from company on my phone . but after the completion of download it says "this download could not be verified. please download again" . i have tried it after hard reset but it didn't work. i even tried it with adb sideload but the installation failed in the serving process. any ideas on what the problem is?

May be a bad download.
Re-download the full zip file of oos 4.1.3 from OnePlus download site and adb flash the same using a pc running on windows 7 and see.
my pc has windows 10
When are we going to get a stable OS with fixes for Bluetooth issues? The forums are littered with Bluetooth issues regarding 4.1.3. Is there an ETA for the release of the next stable OS? This is very debilitating, and if someone hasnt updated to this version i would strongly NOT if they use Bluetooth devices with their phone....
I'm on 4.1.3, I use bluetooth devices, I have no issues, I'm supercool

Good for you, that's the beauty of android you refusniks can stay here, whilst the rest of us move on, without any hassle.
I made a shitty talking heads joke in response to the wrong post *facepalm*
I've been with OnePlus since the OP2 and I have to say: I, strangely, adore watching an OS such as OOS evolve. Yeh, waiting for a new update that is full of bugs is a little testing, but, when that update (without / with few bugs) is released... it's like being a child and receiving a surprise gift. I think half the fun of owning a device from a company like Oneplus isn't telling everyone how cheap it is, no. Half the fun is watching your device, in a vague way, grow up and evolve.
Try connecting and reinstalling the drivers available on ur mobile
Upload it as full image file using browser.
