    Hi all,
We are starting the incremental roll-out of OxygenOS 3.5.4 for the OnePlus 3T. Here are the changes for this build:
    • Optimizations for US-TMO Network
    • Optimizations to Reduce Lag when Battery is below 5%
    • Optimized Bluetooth Connectivity
    • Optimized Battery Saving Mode: GPS and Orientation Preferences will be restored when Battery Saving Mode is closed.
    • Fixed Flashlight Usability Issue in WhatsApp
    • Increased System Stability
    • Implemented Various Bug Fixes
For those who were on previous versions for the OnePlus 3T, we appreciate your active feedback and attempts to reach out to us. With your help, we have been able to better optimize and improve several key areas. Thank you for your patience and as always, we look forward to hearing your continued feedback in the bug reporting forum here: https://forums.oneplus.net/feedback/.

As always, this OTA will be incremental. The OTA will reach a small percentage of users today, and we'll begin a broader rollout in a few days.

Your feedback is appreciated. We may not always be able to respond to every comment in the forums, but please be assured that we take your comments and feedback seriously. Hope you enjoy!

    Never Settle.

Do you have a system in place that enables the update if a user manually checks twice in a short space of time? :p I checked and it wasn't there, then checked again (semi unintentionally) and there it was.

I figure if so, it's a good way to please impatient folk while still keeping it incremental overall.

    Edit: "Installation failed" - hmm.
Edit 2: Looks like it was a partial download. Much bigger this time. Guess I just happened to catch it the moment it came out.

Still seem not to be able to remove the nfc icon in notification bar. to be clear i want to leave nfc on and not have the icon. This was possible on the OnePlus 3.

Also the show embedded battery percentage is still not embedded as it should be and was with the 3

Great update. Fixes two issues and that is buggy Wifi toggle when switching it off and Replacement desktop dialog that would pop regardless do you switch to or from default launcher.

I did kind of expected December security patch so I really hope we are not gonna wait for Nougat to drop since we are already half way into December to get December security patch.

ReplacementDesktop could use a better name for the dialog window as it's not very "nice" to general user.
