    No. Ofcourse not.
Knowingly or "unknowingly" , physical damage is not covered.

If you're in India, visit your nearest SVC.

If outside India , open a support ticket

Indeed, unless you have Servify insurance, you can get accidental damage claim.

Also worth mentioning, some people are apparently experiencing lens flare after the latest update. So it might not be hardware at all.

I'm assuming the "dr" in his name makes him smart enough to identify hardware damage from the glare issue. ;)

but , you never know considering the things people ask here : P

Are you willing to put your 3T to the test just because the "critics" say it's "scratch proof" and you have the assurance to back it up ?

Besides the matter of what OnePlus uses , how ******* dumb does one has to be to believe "critics" on the claim something is scratch proof or claims to be close to being indestructible.
It's like the idiots who come whining claiming and questioning why the Gorilla Glass on their phone shattered into pieces.

Fun fact : Some critics claim that some people's level of stupidity is immeasurable.

or when phone manufacturer claims its water-resistant (small print says "up to 1 meter for up to 30 minutes") and someone tests it in 6 feet pool and then wonders why it stopped working... saw it with my own eyes too.
