    1.5T will have 2160*1080
    compared to 5 1920*1080

does that seem alot to you?

2.the camera module used in 20MP has F1.7 compared to F2.6 in 5...that's a major improvement especially if you are into Portrait/2x Zoom

3.theres a rumour that there could be a battery bump to 3500 Mah..even if it doesn't the 3300 Mah with 5Ts resolution will give somewhat similar battery backup around 7-8Hrs SOT compared to 8-9Hrs SOT on 5..

that SOT Sacrifice for a bezeless 18:9 with higher resolution+Form Factor is okay with me..the S8 my friend has. gets around 5-6Hrs SOT WITH A 2k resolution and 3000Mah battery and it's fine..

    OnePlus 5T - Water Resistant?

The OnePlus 5 (Officially Not Announced) doesn't have it, but most high-end phones are water-resistant and some midrange and entry-level devices are, too. Leaving out trendy features certainly helps cut costs. On the other hand, waterproofing is especially nudging its way to becoming standard. If the 5T doesn't have it, it's a fair bet the OnePlus 6 will.

what I mean to say was technology will keep on improving . Please don't regret if u have recently bought oneplus 5.

After few months OnePlus 6 will be there in the market, and oneplus 5t users will have same feeling. Then after that 6t....will keep on going.

OnePlus 5 is a great phone, and have fun with it. Use for few months and if u r a OnePlus fan, u can buy onplus 6 or 6t after few months. Otherwise go for other brands

If u raise ur concern here, it's waste of time since u have already bought it and u won't get new phone number exchange of what u already bought. if u surplus money , buy 5t otherwise wait for few months for onplus 6 or6t

it's purely business, OnePlus wants to grow their business and you won't get anything by complaining.

I've been on OnePlus for quite a while and my last recent phone was the OnePlus 3T I was going to wait for the 5t but decided to buy the regular OnePlus 5 because of the rumor the OnePlus 5t not having a home button in exchange to have an infinite screen like that Galaxy S8 and we'll have the scanner in the back which kind of bummed me out but I don't know if it's true yet

Actually there's no need for anyone to get impressed, because it's just an alternative option to OnePlus 5. It's not 6 it's just 5T. So no major changes are expected anyways. That's one reason why they went with the same FHD screen as in OP5.

    G_PM7Gaming_vpja, Nov 13, 2017 at 6:35 AM :
    you are getting it wrong...
the 5 users were depressed not because of launch of 5T but because of
1.Stopping the production of OP5 within 3 months of it's launch and decreasing it's user base
2.the cycle of 5 should be at least 6 months but it not even survived for 3 months
3.providing OP5T with much better features at the Same price tag

I agree with you. But that's business strategy of OnePlus. They are not biggie like Samsung, and can support all the old devices.

It's business but yes little bad for customers. They are in market to make money. I still say wait for sometime you will get onplus 6 at the same cost. Just change ur mindset and be happy whatever u bought.

The OnePlus 5 is probably the only 'flagship' phone in this day and age that ships sans any gimmick, and, if you've been following the trend lately, it has been all about the gimmicks this year. With the OnePlus 5T, it seems, OnePlus is looking to offer that extra ounce of gimmickry, that fans and enthusiasts have been looking for.

OnePlus will launch the OnePlus 5T at a global unveiling event in New York City on November 16. Ahead of its launch, OnePlus' souped up OnePlus 5 has leaked in its full glory courtesy tipster Slashleaks leaving literally nothing to the imagination.

The phone, on the basis of the leak, looks like a powerhouse but then it's not very different from the OnePlus 5 either, especially with regards to hardware specs. And yet, it is. The OnePlus 5T will be a bezel-less phone like the iPhone X and the Samsung Galaxy Note 8, but, going by OnePlus' usual proceedings, we can totally expect this phone to cost a lot less in comparison.

Here's everything to know about the OnePlus 5T based on leaks and rumours floating the Internet. As always, you should always treat leaks and rumours with a pinch of salt, but considering that we're so close to D-day, chances are this could well be it. Take a look.
