    this phone is shit. i bought it in India and am on a 3 month trip to US. it doesn't work with the bands of the network providers here and one plus offered no help when I contacted them. had to buy a new phone here.

    For me, my phone works on all bands. I tested in the USA because I visit my family there. I have no problem at all.

    It's clearly not OnePlus's fault if you didn't bother reading the specs before buying. The specs clearly mention limited support for bands

    I used my Indian OnePlus 3 in the US after purchasing a sim card from AT&T and it worked perfectly for calls, text and 4G data.

    that's great. which sim card did you use? maybe I could switch my network to that. I'm using T-Mobile currently.

    Hi. i did check the bands when I bought it but at that time I did not know I would be travelling to the US. maybe its not one plus' fault but I hadn't thought you could be stuck with a phone that works in just your home country
