11S XNPH33R OTA has been released. If you don't want to wait for the OTA, download it here:
    https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=23622183712460601

    Instructions for Custom TWRP recovery:
    1. download file
    2. copy to internal storage
    3. reboot to TWRP recovery
    4. Make a nandroid backup (always a good idea to backup before every update)
    5. Install OTA
    6. Wipe Dalvik/Cache
    7. Reroot (optional)
    8. Reboot

    Instructions for Non-rooted Sideloading, per @MrIanB :
    EZPZ steps to sideloading:
    1. Copy update file to your phone, download directory or whatever.
    2. Power off phone.
    3. Hold Volume Down + Power button
    4. See Recovery menu
    5. Go to update phone
    6. Tell the phone where to find it on your internal storage
    7. Select file
    8. Once update is done, clear cache
    9. Viola you have 33R now!
Here is a list of changes today's update XNPH33R contains (thanks @Sir.Stahu ):

    • A new radio image.
    • Touchscreen fixes (addresses BACON-55, which was originally reported and subsequentlybrought to our attention by Ausdroid). There's also an extensive thread on OnePlus' forumsabout it, among many other places (forum account needed).
Update: The fix is not complete, as reports of jumpiness are surfacing once again. It did fix the deadzone / random touches issue which prevented me from unlocking my phone for 10-15s at a time as I simply couldn't trace my pattern due to all the jumping around.
Unfortunately, the grounding issue which results in multitouch going nuts remains unfixed and must be resolved via another driver update. Another excruciating wait begins.
    • Decreased power consumption in idle state (fixes BACON-599 which we wrote about here).
    • Unspecified audio fixes.
    • CVE-2014-4943 and another unspecified security update.
    • Good for Enterprise issues fixed

It can be simply updated from boot loader without rooting or need of a PC :)

Whoever gets the update first, copies it from the temp folder and puts it up on the internet. :D

Download the ZIP file on your phone. Boot into the bootloader, in the option where you get the option to wipe the cache, there is another option called "update from storage", select that, use the volume keys and power button to go to the folder where the zip file is saved, select it using the power button and flash it.
**I assume you know how to boot into the bootloader and get those options, IF you do not know, I'll explain in detail :)

I powered off the phone, held down both the power and volume down buttons until the screen came on, let go of the power on button until the options screen came on.

Just wait like 1 day to get the update
Or go to settings>about phone>system updates and check
